The coming weeks and months will be a challenge for countless small businesses. This includes your favourite breweries, favourite bars and favourite bottleshops.
In order not to wake up from this end-times-practice-run and lose everything that was dear and valuable to us, it takes all of us, especially in two ways:
- Adhere to the federal government’s behavioral guidelines: washing your hands, social distancing and stay home. So no #parkbenchdrinking, no bottle shares, no group hangouts. We need to flatten the infection curve, and this will only work if we all behave correctly. It will be a test of patience, but only through consistent behavioral adjustments will the current situation change again.
- Support small, local businesses as best you can. Yes, also breweries. Many are still open for takeaway or ramp sales. Inform yourself and follow the behavioural instructions when you pass by!
Others have a home delivery service up and running. These businesses need income to avoid being crushed by expenses. If it is possible for you and you can afford it, consider using these offers.
And even if we don’t want to call for excessive consumption, maybe now is the time to give your neighbors some beer gifts in the mailbox.

And for all tickers: You will get respect if you post photos of your six-pack of the same beer. In general, share photos of your orders with us! Show off your Swiss beer purchases.
Guys, we can still save the summer. Now’s the time to adapt your behaviour. And the more consistently we follow the recommendations, the better the chance that this situation will be overcome. So #staythefuckhome, wash your hands, take care and look out for each other.

Hello, I know there is also la Brasserie de la pièce from Geneva, Malternative in Valais and Drunkbeard in Vaud that offer an online shop and delivery. Maybe also FMR brewery, in Vaud, but I’m not sure about this info.
